My pc is a potato. The old version runned well, this new update takes my pc to its limits while the map runs still decent till it comes to tire marks. As soon as my tires leave their footprint on the roads my fps drops from 30/40 to 5-10fps. Is there a way to deactivate tire marks?
I'm pretty sure you can just lower the amount of tire marks in settings. Did it before and my PC ran well during drifting.
is the traffic still working on the newest update? installed the mod but traffic doesnt seem to be working
Since there is only me who has that much performance issues, dont disable them for all others who like to experience the whole map with every asset. You could do a FPS friendly version though for potatos like me, but that would be unnecessary if someone could tell me how to disable the tiremarks on the map. Thank you
Hit F10 or F11 and you need to go to all .DAE models for the map and select them. Once selected you need to look on the right side and you will see Decal Mesh options, it is probably set to Visible Mesh Final, set it to None instead.
Drag this over the mod and allow overwrite of the zip in your mods folder, should do all of the necessary work required. Let me know if you have an issue, because I did not test it in game. NOTE: Tiremark Performance Fix
Is it possible to turn off the speed cameras? It makes my game lag, and at 320, that is pretty difficult to deal with lol
No, it's not possible right now, I never had any lag on low-spec machines. Do you have any errors in the console after you drive through speedcamera?
