Not really no, the model is from a different game... It's a good mod, I'm not going to deny that, but it isn't nearly dev-quality or compare to some other vehicles created by the community such as the ETK S-Series, Satsuma and Gavril Gladiator (Dodge Coronet)
Just remove the speed chime from the part selector if you don't like it, it only takes like 5 seconds to do.
