Does anyone know what happened to the 3au engine? I swear you used to be able to put a 3au engine into this car, and I can't seem to find the file for it anywhere. I guess I'm just looking for the engine jbeam. Does anyone have this file/know where I could obtain it?
It should be in the new versions of the mod and there are two engine jbeams with the same name in the mod. One is in the vehicles folder and the other is in the lhd folder. Make sure to look in both and don't get them mixed up. --- Post updated --- Look for the engine jbeams in the vehicles folder and lhd folder, find "maingain" and change the number next to it with a smaller value.
hello, i havent been on the forums much, but i was wondering, i downloaded the latest hotfix, and the car works fine, but the body has a [NORMAL] sign all over it, just wondering if there is a way i can fix it? thanks!
yes i already have a mod folder, but thanks! --- Post updated --- mm, didnt help, i deep cleared my cache a couple times, still nothing --- Post updated --- alright so, i followed some instructions a few pages back, and i deleted the normal thing for the main body, and the bottom part, the bottom works fine now, but the top is almost, glowing? not sure, but i cant figure out why. thanks! {edit} i got it figured out, i changed the UV layer from 0 to 1 on both, and it seemed to overwrite the normal texture
Please consider getting rid of that annoying speed chime sound. I know the real A86 has one, but that only kicks in if you are going fast, whereas this one is going constantly, and can be heard echoing off tunnel walls - it drowns the engine out. I can't belive no one else has mentioned this, or isn't annoyed by it.

Dingo, can you fix the headlights please? It's have a gap between bumper and headlight, that shouldn't have to be.
So I have a small problem. I just got into trying to get the AE86, but anytime I've downloaded it and put it in my folder (No i did not unzip it), it won't show up in my mods manager. I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or whatever it might be, but I need help and this is the only place I know I could go
Ok so what’s wrong guys with the Paint? If you tell me what’s wrong I try to add a good PBR and new paint for it.
if you don't like it, just remove it in the parts selector. I personally prefer to have it sometimes. It's especially nice to have the option to enable it, even if you don't use it.
Car works great, but the skin is not colorable, and there is no plain paint design for the car, even on empty the only color I can get is black does anyone have a fix for this?
