Track Builder: A few issues/suggestions

I noticed the track builder has a few issues when creating tracks, some minor problems that can get in the way of building.

1. Issue 1: The camera system
The camera auto focuses/zooms when you don't want it to, when adding a new piece of track or selecting another the camera snaps to a predetermined view, it is tedious to re-align the view that the builder needs each time. there should be an option to turn off camera view/snap

2. Issue 2: Height Modifier
Using the height modifier can mistakenly undo all your track height adjustments: If you click "Shift Modifier forward" too much it will to the beginning of the track and level the whole track to the current height thus undoing all height adjustments

3. there seems to be no undo - redo function

4. A great additions would be handles to move the track without the need to click buttons for height width and banking adjustments.

5. when adding a road/new section to a slopped section the new road is flat, the new road should go in the direction of the road its attached to and only be flat if flat is selected after its added

6. the ability to drop checkpoints or waypoints (AI waypoints) on a track would be awesome, also make the waypoints speed modifying, meaning the AI car will try to be at that speed when it hits the waypoint.
