Traffic Broken?

    So recently I've been using traffic, and noticed that it isn't as aware of the player or other cars, and just keep going and it always ends up in a wreck. It worked fine before, but now it seems to just follow routes and has no awareness. Also, police vehicles won't chase me or other vehicles even if I crash into them a bunch. Solutions?

    I have the same issue, but the police chase doesn't. Weird :/
