Turn signal/horn customization

When we get turn signals, could there be an area in the tuning tab where we could change its characteristics like pitch, tone, length, "crispness" etc.

Something similar for horns would be cool too.

 

Um, We Already Have Turn Signals and Hazard Warning lights For All Vanilla Cars but That is A Good idea,
Haven't seen that Before

 

But The Turn Signals Currently Are Silent.
