    I like that fixed version of the tree, so well fitted onto the ground next to the road :p

    Update2 out now. Download in first post.

    Please delete the old version before installing the new one.

    Changes:
    - water now has density (was like air; it's not longer possible to drive underwater).
    - fixed cockpit view (wrong rendering value). Thank you jericho for telling me.
    - added some grasses, bushes and rocks (this shouldn't affect the performance too much - not available in without-vegetation-version).
    - changed, smoothed and repainted some terrain (still work in progress).
    - smoothed some roads (just a little! i want to keep it off-road).
    - removed most grass on roads and fixed flying tree. Thank you relulu for telling me.
    - new fog color on the horizon (was way too dark; now should fit with the water color).

    If there are any problems, please let me know (ideally with screenshot).

    Thanks for the update! I just noticed in the overview shot that you indicate the spawn point for the map, that's very cool.:cool:

    Ugh, looking at any amazing maps makes me depressed because when I download and
    put the maps in the folder they never load correctly.:mad:

    Hey sir!

    Thanks for updating your map, the interior-clipping-bug is gone and I can not even find the place anymore where I saw the floating tree :)

    I was bored, trying out some things off the path and I found something else that I am not sure about. Not sure because it might be intended behavior. The mud places on your map are just paint, the handling / driving behavior isn't affected at all. On other maps (watch the screenshot from grid map to verify), mud is like mud so the car sinks to half of the wheels or so making driving much more difficult.

    As I already said, unsure whether bug or feature. :)

    Thank you for your post. Ye, you're right, it's a bug (missing file).
    I've already tried to bring the mud to behave like mud (same for sand on my second map).

    I know that these sinking informations for mud and sand are in the name_of_the_map.ter.depth.png, but i had some problems to create a working depth graphic for my map (i used L3DT and PS CS4).
    The mud-behavior always was on the wrong locations on the map. For example i drove along the road and suddenly sunk. I don't know why this happens, so i removed this graphic for now.

    I'll try adding this in a future update, but i unfortunately can not promise it.

    Okay, too bad, I am not into creating maps and such because it's way too complex for me :eek: However good to know that you know about and consider it as a bug also :p

    Update:

    - added a new Map (SnakeRoadIsland)
    Download in my first post <- click

    - I removed all versions without vegetation. Please delete the forest by yourself if you need better FPS.

    How to remove vegetation by yourself in one minute:
    1. Open the editor (F11 while playing a map)
    2. Press F1 to open the Object Editor (if it's not open already)
    3. Open the Mission Group in the Scene Tree
    4. Search and delete "theForest" (maybe you have to open the vegetation folder to find that file)
    5. Save the level (Strg+S) and leave the editor (F11 again)
    6. Play your without-vegetation-version
