That's the very purpose of kei cars. To be small, but as spacious as possible within these boundaries. I wouldn't say "completely different", E-cars were simply based on the stretched K platform. Either way, hard to tell them apart, they both look like Minecraft cars.
I only said "completely different" because they don't have too much relations (though the designs almost seem to copy off each other). For the kei cars... well, it's not to hard to make not like a Cube replica. Atleast with microcars, they often have different styles for their bodies.
These "skinny-strip" headlights are terrible, and these two listed here are ugly even by it's own standards.
It doesn't look bad when you compare it to these modern messes: (Also, the Islero is actually one of the better looking cars from Lamborghini.)
Thanks @Nathan24™ for bringing this back on track. This Lexus RX (and other similar models are so ugly. Looks like it's mouth is touching the ground.) RX LS NS Annd...etc.
You sure about that? If so, then I can say I've seen one of the rarest cars ever in the wild. More than once.
Other way around. The idea of an aston martin city car is bad. This car only exists so Aston Martin could comply with the 2012 fleet average emissions regulations imposed by the EU. In other words, they needed a small car that polluted very little to balance out all their gas guzzling supercars on an average number, so they rebadged a Toyota iQ. The good news here is the Cygnet is actually reliable, which can't exactly be said for other Aston Martins..
