I've never driven any fast cars, but I'd probably take a lightweight car like a Mazda Roadster over a big heavy muscle car any time. Just my opinion though Also please let's not derail the thread These are hideous. Why the hell would they do such a thing to the Mini?
The Subaru BRZ starts at $40,000, the Mazda MX5 starts at just over $30,000, and the current model Mustang GT starts at $31,210. Both the BRZ and MX5 are true sports cars, and one is actually cheaper than the Mustang. A sports car isn't expensive by definition, nor is a muscle car cheap by definition, whether or not it was before. Either way, it's 2014, not 1967.
funny, if i go to the ford website, it clearly states the mustang starts at $22,000 which is cheaper then both of the vehicles you posted http://www.ford.com/cars/mustang/?gnav=header-cars OT: the hell? this is almost as bad as the i3
You're looking at US prices of the V6 Mustang, which you are adamant isn't a proper muscle car. The lower trim V8 is over $30,000 USD. TheAdmiester lives in the UK, and probably gets his prices from ford.co.uk, where various taxes and additional charges are applied because UK. Check your information before you make a damn fool of yourself, as usual. Also, 2002s are top cars get outta here. edit: 'stop being 'so goddamn opinionated. give u's 'some fact's and reference's in'stead of pulling number's out of thin air and waving your petty lamentation's around about how today's car indu'stry ha's gone to 'shit. it ha'sn't. car's are 'safer, more fuel efficient, more powerful, and are more adventurou's with de'sign than the car's from 30 year's ago.
Once I was riding with my dad in his Camaro ZL1 and a pair of tuners pulled up next to us, one behind the other. Both were ugly Hondas with wings duct taped on. When the light turned green they "sped" off. We didn't even bother. It's funny because the wing of the one flew off and hit the others windshield and cracked it. Pure rice.
The thing is, the cold air intake wont give 20hp, its been proven on full dyno setups to make more like 0hp difference
I think Mighty Car Mods proved that pod filters actually make as much or less power than the stock filter.
i think they found a mix from losing power to no difference in power. But the cold air intake is actually different from a pod filter (they did make a video on cold air intakes). You move the air filter from its standard location, remove a headlight, stick it there. Idea being its cooler air going in with less congestion. Well, the limiting factor for amount of air entering the engine in the first place wasnt the filters location so nothing changes there, the temperature difference is not significant. End result, makes eff all difference except you no longer have one of your headlights.
What we need, logoster, is a Mustang with the face and chassis of the new one, the rear of the current one, with the soul of the first gen, with fogs in the grille. That is perfection. This, however, is not...
I would totally drive that ... ... This however I would not. (imported from here) lol, Prius camper anyone. They've some how made it look even uglier .
