Well I'm late to the reply party but... Funny how I got the price for a Mustang GT and stated that, then you get a price for the V6 model. There's absolutely no way in hell that a V6 Mustang comes close to the performance of a BRZ. I'm now pretty certain you're trolling. If not, your "car fan" status is officially revoked. Now to keep this on topic, here's the Mosler Consulier. Apparently it went like a bat out of hell, unfortunately it also looked like one. (imported from here)
I think that thing looks pretty badass except for just a few spots at the rear of the cabin. Also, the mustang with the v6 will probably wreck the brz in terms of performance. The brz is only pushing like 200hp. It's a fine car, but don't try to paint it as a super fast sports car.
Compared to the BRZ/FRS, 2013/2014 Mustang V6 was faster by a second in 90 on Willow Springs in a test by Motor Trend with Randy Pobst driving. Faster in a straight line, but worse in handling and braking and driving dynamics in general. More HP, but more weight, small brakes, and poor suspension geometry. A tighter track and the BRZ/FRS would likely edge ahead. Also, the stickier tires the Mustang ships with also mask its flaws when you look at numbers. The FRS is a second behind in that test but its running rock hard touring tires. Instead of providing a well tuned car, Ford just blows a bit more money on a sticky set of tires that will be gone in so many miles, then its up to you to spend to keep the performance advantage The new Mustang is smaller, and has a turbo 4 option along with IRS, so it has potential to improve a lot in handling and braking, but knowing Ford, they just never seem to get it quite right. We'll see! As far as looks are concerned, well in my opinion all the cars in that segment are pretty ugly, except maybe the |Miata because its just clean and simple.
oh ugh as we all remember the pacer of the 80's (imported from here) (imported from here)the lumina (imported from here)of course the multipla (imported from here) if any of you remember the Yugo (imported from here) any gremlin (imported from here) the vw thing (imported from here) mr reliant robin (imported from here) and mr smart
I can't stand any car made today (okay, there are A FEW exceptions), but they look too plain. It's like replacing a man with a robot combined to cars made in the 90's and earlier. And this car: (imported from here) However, I've always played with the thought of putting it into BeamNG someday and see how durable it is.

Are you kidding me? Cars today actually have shapes! For example, the Opel Astra (which is a cheap and basic car on its own) has some nice shapes to it, that were not at all required for the car to be built But 90's cars just look like half melted pudding. Take this Civic for example: (imported from here) The car has no distinct features, and it looks incredibly dull.
That's an Accord. Had one of those in the mid 2000s in dark metallic green. It was built solid, and I distinctly remember the 2.2L VTEC unit being weak as shit. Ran like clockwork though. I was aiming to hit 500,000km (310,000 miles), but it was trashed by youths. I miss it insurance payout did get me a nice A4 though, lmfao
Predictable as tabloid top tens. Actually most of them are considered ugly because so many people repeat that unthinkingly it like a mantra. Actually I fail to see anything wrong with Lumina, Multipla or a Yugo which is in essence a Fiat 128, a classic late 60s small family car which is a cracker to drive and been voted the European Car of the Year 1970.
Opel astra looking alright is one of the only things I'll give it credit too. They dont drive well and my experience with opel vehicles so far consists of them all being full of mechanical gremlins wanting to drain your soul. They are good looking and comfy though and I dont hear too many horror stories (its just after owning 3 vauxhalls in my family all proving to be highly unreliable with 2 vauxhall courtesy cars also breaking down it seems that they may be allergic to my family or nobody voices their horror stories)
