Unable to open the skin files for a vehicle

    When trying to open one of the skin files (<VehicleName>_skin_<SkinName>) from one of the in-game vehicles with paint.net, it gives out an error

    That texture is probably using BC7 compression which unfortunately isn't supported by some programs.
