Update error 3.0.3

Hi guys
Im having some difficulties with the new build update
Ive try multiple time to lunch update and still getting this error

I am getting the same exact problem

 

I've getting this aswell. First time i done it. It stopped at truck file(Not sure what the file name was).

I tried second time and it got stuck on vehicles.txt and now it's that same file everytime.

I ran the .exe and got onto the main menu, selected a map and it loaded after that it just freezes. In task manger it says it's still running.

 

This happened to me, It's a problem with your router/proxy, its already been solved.
