Update Speculation thread

How about Patriot it sounds American and it sounds like it has to do with war as the original Jeep was used in world war 2.


I can't wait to do jeep things with it.

Yess! I bet this would look really nice with some Grip-All TXR rims, a Grip-All TXR rim on the back as a spare tire, the roof bag from the roamer and the lights from the roamer, along with a bull bar, and to top it all off a flame orange paint job.

 

Well, if that rear-mounted spare tire is used as an actual wheel part, then it'll be included in the next update. New wheels usually (If not always) been included in updates way before the car itself is released (ETK rims, Miramar's old Ibishu rims and Barstow/Burnside hubcaps).

They usually say Ibishu this, Civetta that, etc. If this happens, we'll easily recognize what company this car is from. Who knows, it could be a new car company.

Although...that might be just an aftermarket rim, but then that spare tire could use universal wheels.

To me it looks like one of the rims that were used on the jeep wrangler. But I could be wrong so don't quote me on this.

 

Neither, Gavril's sport wheels are star shaped while Ibishu's have large diameters and only 4-lugs (According to VarietyMod) which would be unrealistic for this type of vehicle.

 

Those rims look like they have the same distance between spokes as these rims.

The devs just simply find a way to tickle all the right scratches EVERY UPDATE!

Both look absolutely superb. I want to slap giant sized tires and rims on the jeep, jack the suspension to high heaven and drive it over everything in sight.

Not sure what one will be first. Jeep is new. but has no interior yet. Where Legran was in game for awhile. But had things they needed to fix. Can't wait.

Wonder what else ( apart from the awesome cars ) will be out in the next update.

Reminds of a old mod the hell jeep by mythbuster. But being a mod became very out dated :[ . And no longer works ( that i know of ) And even if it did would be out dated.

I hope the new jeep will be rubbish in a crash ( you die and folds in ) rubbish on road. But a star off-road.


Now Legran will be fun too. To tursh. Drive and so on. But the Jeep will i bet have more parts and be more fub. Both cars can't wait.


Wonder what they should make next. i think 1 moterhome and bus ( based ion the the T-trucks ) A limo. And a minivan ( i hate them so yeah )

And a ( this one to me more so ) a 1930.s-1940s family sedan or coupe. Like a Ford Flathead v8. Like the gavril v8. Or gavril deluxe.


I will say hey game was a huge improvement over ROR ( rigs of rods )

Now Beamng has came a long way since 2013. Keep up the awesome work.

 

having a motorhome that can shatter into pieces would help a certain monster truck out.

 

Generic and was used in GTA.

I'm going to suggest (and thus probably jinx) Gavril Patton. The problem is, the devs probably already have a name set in stone for it.

Those arent police spotlights. They are actual offroad lights, as there is a bracket there from factory for lights and stuff

I can tell that the body is done but the interior is not complete yet, I'm so excited for the finshed product.

 

For all we know it might not be out for a few months... maybe early 2017.

I don't really like knowing what's in a future update, kind of ruins the surprise factor for me.

 

I love that Jeep. I want to drive it!

On the topic of name suggestions: Both 'Patriot' and 'Patton' are military-related names (an anti-aircraft missile system and an old tank). How about something more civilian? I say- the Bruckell Expedition!
Then again, assuming this is based off the Jeep Wrangler (which it probably is, judging by the rear window, brake light, and general shape), military-related names are actually ok, knowing the history behind Jeep.

On the topic of the rear wheel used as a hint for brand-name: I doubt that the wheels for the jeep are already developed that early. I mean, don't you think the wheels would be developed only after the bodywork, the interior, and the rest of the car parts are complete? I think those are already in the game, and are just used for testing. Besides, they look familiar.

 

Besides, Patriot is a registered name.

 

I thought so...

OT- with no interior but a mostly finished body, I'd say early 2017.
