My Toyota Camry has a V4 in it, and it's 2008. I think that it could, this is just speculation, have a V4.
Pretty sure you mean inline-4 (I4) or flat 4? Pretty sure there's no such thing as a V4. (at least that I know of)
This topic sure took a turn pretty quickly from speculating about the wip cars to talking about what kinds of engine piston arrangements are used in cars today ( when I first saw "V4 in Camry" I was like "Huh?" ).... As for when the Bruckell Legran may come out to the public?... I may suspect possibly in between Christmas day and New Year's eve much like when the Burnside Special came out last year at around that general time...
HOWEVER, you cannot pin down an exact release date down to the hours and minutes due to the way versions are released. The release could be 2-3 weeks away. We will never know exactly, I guess.
I bet it's next Friday. It will be 2 month and 2 days since v0.7.0.2 was released next Friday, and gabe have showed a pic of LeGran
Because he doesn't like them. As far as i know he sees them as bad. He wasn't really happy too when the Bandit from RoR got ported to BeamNG
The Porsche 919 hybrid is also powered by a V4. Surprising considering it's a very new car, I wonder if there's a reason behind it versus using an I4 since Porsche already makes I4s for the 718 series. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Porsche_919_Hybrid
What engines will the LeGran have? If it is an Oldsmobile 98, than I'd like to see a 3.0 V6, 3.8 V6 (N/A and SC) and a 4.3 V6 diesel? 3.3, 3.1, 2.5 I4?
That is actually a VR4. They are very wierd with the exhaust and intakes of some cylinders actually having to travel between other cylinders instead of going into the engine from above like a typical V shaped engine. Engineering explained had a good video that explained the VR series engine and featured a VW expert who talked about them and their features
Yes vr4 A few Japanese and quiet a lot of golf have them. There is also vr6 It's basically a v6 and an i6 merged together.. Same for the vr4
