According to Wikipedia, the number of cylinders range from 2 cylinders, to 24 cylinders. However, it looks like lesser cylinder engines like a V2 would be used in motorcycles, and others like a V24 in larger vehicles like trucks and locomotives.

Apparently, this aircraft engine is a V24.

    --- Post updated ---
Looks like there's such thing as a 1 cylinder engine.

I brought it up since everyone else was talking about it. I'm fine with whatever type of engine the LeGran comes with.

My point is that is still irrelevant to the thread.

In the modding community, it wont matter which engine it comes out with. Somebody will make it a 1000hp rear wheel drive dragster.

Most bikes have a one-cylinder engine. The KTM 200 Duke is an example.

Nope. The Opel Kadett was inline 4.

The sheer incorrectness in this thread is through the roof. Most of you guys can fact check in under 5 seconds but apparently don't

But the people who do teach everyone else the correct stuff, and they do it without raging about the incorrectness of the original answerer.

This, I also refuse to believe that Lancia had a VR4 engine because I have never ever seen it referred to as a VR4 anywhere. Every single source mentions it as a V4 engine.

I've seen no correction prior to my post and if you want me to rage, i can probably get the thread locked.

My friend had an opel Kadett "City" which was using an v4. I know what i'm taling about I worked on it. It's the first time that I saw a v4...
After searching it seems like the engine had probably been swap, because, yes, it was using an i4. Weird

Most likely because it is closer to a V4 formation than an inline one. The cylinders are banked at an angle so technically it can be called a V4 but it is a VR4 as the intakes and exhausts run between the cylinders and was clearly shown in a picture i posted on the previous page. Just becuase the internet says so doesn't mean its true. Are you going to go to every VW owner with a VR engine and call it a V4 or 6?
FFS can we finally stop the off topic and pointless spammy crap.

My thoughts on update. I honestly do not care as long as it is before the New Year. Devs will never release something if it isn't ready and when it is, the update has always been worth the wait.
