Update Speculation thread

That was in "feedback", but that don't really matter as the devs talks in almost all channels

 

there is always the chance that it was raced by an amateur/overseas factory team after the stop of production or in a classic car rally or something

 

Looking at this, I'll hazard a guess that the devs are remastering the Bolide, releasing a new car, remastering Port/Industrial and also improving current configs?
I'm hyped already

 

i don't mind if the Bolide would not be overhauled in the next update but an overhaul of it is definitely planned

i think the car than needs an overhaul the most is the moonhawk/legran

 

I would love to agree with you there (and I really do!) but after looking at the bolide for the first and only time two years ago it seriously needed some love back then, and now, well...

 

Yes, but updates also release whenever the devs feel like it. On another note, does anyone else not notice that this thread hasn't been pinned yet? I mean, seriously. This thread has over 1,200 pages for goodness sake.

 

It's not pinned because it get's derailed a lot. At least that's why I think it's not pinned.

Okay, to be fair. I don't check this thread that much anymore, because it's honestly not that exciting in my opinion. However, do you know for sure they're releasing a new car?

Apparently, users like kwai38 and @KrukasKlep (formerly known as spicymeymeys) are talking about a remastered Bolide. I don't know much about it, tbh.

 

there's been mentions of a rally bolide by nade on the official discord, and back when the "if you had to remove one vehicle, what would it be" thread was made, nade jokingly said he'd removed some vehicles from the game, and stated "[removing the bolide] saves on having to remaster it"

 

I'd like to believe that the remaster for the Bolide is coming, but anything not confirmed by the developers has to be treated only as speculation. It will come eventually for sure knowing the vehicle needs an upgrade, but let's wait for confirmation from someone official

 

I doubt it's coming anytime soon...

There's more updates to Gavril vehicles in the cards likely coming next: updated I6 model, reworked skins, that Trophy Truck D-Series... Plus, Stoat Muldoon hinted at the H-Series getting some love in the future.

I guess the Bolide will have to wait..

 

It’s likely that a big H-Series update would bring a official passenger version but what about a potential mini-bus body (or H-Series Buster as I would nickname it)?

We know the next update will have updates to the Gavril engines as was mentioned, and it's a safe bet the H-Series will get big updates too. After that it'll probably be remasters to any of the older cars that need attention. The Bolide certainly needs one someday, but we have no idea when it'll be.
