For the next update, I doubt it, as the team who work on remasters are likely already working on the Final bits of the D series remaster, and on the bolide remaster. we've heard/seen basically nothing about the van remaster so far, so it's likely still below others in priority.
I can't imagine how funny those message could be for a dev, they always must be like "they aren't ready for what's coming lol"
Tire stack update when, I don't think anyone ever uses it, it would be cool if it was separable into individual tires and if we had a few types of them to choose from
I don't know about pushing the Wendover off to the spring update. The pattern has been a new car every other update, and, aside from Ferretank's superbuilds, the team has been in the pattern of only teasing vehicle content coming in the next update for a while now. The Wendover does look early development from what we've seen, but it isn't a complicated vehicle or likely to be content heavy. There just isn't much that can be done with a 1980's luxury car like there was with the FCV. Speed sensitive suspension dampers and a working convertible are the only complicated possibilities I can think of. We are still somewhere around 10 weeks out from the update, which would be about 15 weeks to get from that teaser to in game. I don't think that is out of the question. As for the WCUSA updates... Not so much speculation, but this thread functions as general on topic anyway... I've mentioned this before, but I really hope this area of the WCUSA infield gets some changes. Both dirt tracks feel shoved into place, the structures nearby feel like an afterthought at best. The entire infield could really use some polishing and there are areas that just feel unfinished. Then there's the central intersection where the central alternate route meets the alternate circuit. Currently the central route is only officially used on the "short race circuit", which is really a shame because it is a fun sector. My personal favorite route is the long circuit but with the alternate route instead of the straightaway. The issue is that getting onto that route from above is incredibly awkward as that intersection was not designed with this in mind. I'd really love to see that intersection get redone so this layout can be an official circuit.
Hopefully the devs have listened to us in the update speculation thread and gave the Wendover a digital dash and a transverse V8. I think the Wendover should also have a sedan version like the Bluebuck. A quirky convertible would fit the 80's semi-luxury car experience.
I won't lie, a prop overhaul kinda makes sense, especially the towables. Maybe new variants here and there, but I'm sure we ain't getting one soon. Also, RV variant for Wentward or T eh?
I really love the idea of the RV bus, however I think the Wentward is too big and most city buses are not used for camping. The T75/65 would be unique, but I have never seen a semi truck RV. Hope the sleeper cab looks nicer, as the bed in the sleep cab looks undetailed and boring, but that will be fixed in a remaster, with hopefully more engines.
Imagine making a trailer train. Weeeee. We've all done that at some point and then crash 2 minutes later.
Semi truck based RV's aren't all that rare. Some people convert them into traditional style RV's or put a luxury sleeper on and haul a trailer style camper, some truckers put massive sleepers on their rigs, then there's film crew trucks and the like, and so on. The T-Series is one of those vehicles in game that could get a ton of content if the team wanted to. Facelifts, a tri-axle, integrated sleeper option, Great American Truck Race style T65, a jet semi, a wrecker, lots of customization options, some stuff inspired by mine trucks/Australian road trains, and so on...
I believe there are as many different RVs as regular cars. There are people who convert fire trucks to RVs. There are even concept cars like this.
The only way I can see us reasonably getting an RV would be to make the travel trailer an upfit for the H35. Apart from that, I can't see the dev team spending months to model an RV body that would be a bit of a niche vehicle. I think that the lower-effort approach of the H35 is the way that the dev team would go, especially if the H-series is getting an overhaul.
yeah out of anything the kind of RV i would expect is just a H series version of the ford coachmen. still would love that.
bruh...that's the Thumbnail of the modding for dummies competition. A competition ABOUT MODS. That will certainly not be in an Update.
