You just joined so im kinda curious as to why you know about the car poll from like 5 years ago. You do know that alts are against the rules, right?
I really hope for a Pigeon revamp. It's BeamNG's mascot! just look at these textures. Just imagine a UK version with a ''hatchback'' body, a bit like a Reliant Rialto
But what i mean with this is having a junker/trackday/perpose built car that still has a very stock and very filled interior. For instance the sunburst ripped out radio is the closest thing to that what we currently have.
A good first step would be to allow the player to remove carpeting. That’d accomplish a lot on its own IMO.
I have a serious problem: Every single Heavy duty and Long configs have this problem Covet doesn't have brakes and is broken. I cleared cache. What do i have to do?
No. I tested every single mod downloaded in Internet, and nothing bad happened --- Post updated --- I'll deactivate all covets and d-series mods
Try safe mode first. And deactivating all of them 1 by 1 or only the ones of a certain vehicle wont work, you have to do all of them at once. If safe mode fixes it, deactivate all your mods to see if it is caused by mods. Restart the game after deactivating all mods, so they are actually deactivated.
Just a random thought: I really hope the next UI (which we still haven't heard anything about since its devblog 2.5 years ago...) includes some vehicle geometry properties... Breakover angle, approach/departure angle, track width, wheelbase, etc... Speaking of which, I'm really surprised that they haven't removed the "off road score" already. Fun fact, the standard D35 Pig's score is 77, which is higher than every crawler frame aside from the Superpig, which is only 3 points higher anyway. The D10 Zeta's score is higher than the crew cab crawler too.
it might be that some of the long awaited features are still on the office computers (which is ofc closed cus of current world events)
The performance level system is kinda inconsistent too. I think it's more likely that they'll improve them opposed to completely remove them though. My idea is that, in order to give the off-road score and performance levels some use, they could make scenarios where you can choose your own car as long as it fits a certain guideline. Idk though this is honestly just spitballing on my end.
Also, the value of each cars is interesting, like how the Track version of the Sunburst with a manual is 65,000 while the same Sunburst is 67,500 with the DCT. Also, it doesn't specify what monetary unit it is, other than "it costs 65,000 money"
