Gavril Grand Marshall and Gavril Roamer looking old and needing new bodies? Na, there be no need for that since Wagenwrights/Wagenmakers out there sell things that be oldlook but be not old at all such as: Suzuki Jimny, Toyota Century, Mercedes-Benz G-Wagen/Gelandewagen, Ford Bronco, Nissan 400Z,Honda e, Honda N-One, Honda N-WGN, Toyota FJ Cruiser, Rolls-Royce Phantom, Caterham Seven, anything made by Morgan, anything made by Mitsuoka.
I believe some trims of the Vivace use torsion beam suspensions. I could be remembering wrong though.
working car radios playing gabester's music would be sick. i am waiting for a wendover screenshot in-game like the fcv sneak peek
ETK 800 is the name for the whole series - like BMW 3 series. ETK 850 are just the wagons, but since we don´t have the ETK 840 sedan yet, it isn´t needed to differentiate them. ETK 854 are just wagons with 4 cylinder engines and ETK 856 are just wagons with 6 cylinder engines.
You guys really need to be less dependent on the dripfeeding of teasers and actually search for clues like we used to do.
Sorry if there has been misunderstanding but I am not word fighting anybody. I have read carefully all that was written. All I said was that making new bodies for Grand Marshall or Roamer is needless since Wagenwrights/Wagenmakers have made things that be oldlook as throwback towards an earlier time, but be sold as new or seen as nowtide/nowadays.
Gavril is not one of those sorts of companies at all... The Roamer already has 1 major facelift over what, nearly 15 years? That's already in line with the longest running comparable IRL counterparts, any significant additions would be rather unreasonable for a high volume American mainstream SUV. Similar story for the GM, though that could use a minor facelift. There's a huge difference between "retro" and straight up "old"
Yeah, they really need new generations. I mean, maybe the Grand Marshal can get away with it (because of the Crown Vic's lifespan) but even so, it should be modernized by about 5 years and get an earlier, more squared off generation before what's in game now. The real Crown Vic has generations from 1980-1991, 1992-1997, and 1998-2011. I think the body style of what we have now matches the latest range but is equipped and dated as the middle range. Due to the fact that I know no one who likes the middle generation, I'd propose just leaving that one out. (For you Chevy fans, the same trend holds for the Caprice, although it doesn't have anything close to a full-size body in the latter years.) The Roamer, the flagship American SUV, should definitely get another generation both before what we have now and after. In my personal opinion, I would appreciate a separate name for the models after 2000, with Roamer continuing as a separately developed SUV, but that may be the Ford fan in me. Either way, this isn't really speculation, or if it is, it's wild speculation, so we shouldn't really talk about this here...
The GM could totally get a minor facelift on the current body. The fourth gen Caprice got a few interesting updates that I'd love to see inspire some GM additions. I don't think we need a modern American truck, that niche needs to be filled by another country like Japan. But this is getting rather close to vehicle suggestions now so I'll leave the discussion at that.
BeamNG trading card game for free in steam and mobile would be sick. just like Top Drives --- Post updated --- waiting for a spinoff --- Post updated --- ibishu hopper exists --- Post updated --- its a good car
I hope we'll have the H-series revamp soon, for me, only having the commercial versions made it feel a bit empty. It is better with the latest hotfix adding adjustable load options to it, but still... I think a passenger version of the H-series would be greatly appreciated! Maybe a 90s family van? Or 2000s luxury van? I'm getting a bit off track so I'll leave it at that, but I do think H-series still has a lot of potential!
I totally agree that both an 80s grand marshal and a post ‘97 facelift would be cool, however I honestly think it’s unlikely that both (or either) will be added as official content. These would still be great as mods, although that kind of stuff belongs in the vehicle suggestions tread. As for the Roamer, I think it’s possible that they might add a pre-facelift version like they did with the D-series, although I do believe that the D10 and D30 Kentarch are meant to be the predecessors to the Roamer based on model years. As for an modern Roamer, I don’t know but still find it unlikely since it would most likely be built on a completely different frame and therefore be considered a completely separate vehicle.
