Its a edited 2017 version of beamng, I am put some files of 0.21 version photo mode and shaders and Lua files
I feel like one of the next vehicle for the game would be some type of a ETK/more modern hatchback, what do you guys think?
I’ve actually thought about this, and I think a midrange German brand comparable to Volkswagen would be a good addition to the game. A modern hatch could be based off the mk 6 or 7, or possibly even mk 8 Golf. As a mk 6 Golf driver in real life, I would like to see this in game at some point, I just don’t think ETK brand fits it right, being a high end luxury and performance brand, while Volkswagen is a midrange consumer brand.
We already have a modern hatchback (Cherrier FCV), I'm guessing the next vehicle will be a modern American muscle car.
Well ibishu is not a European brand, I meant another new German company slotted below ETK in the european market --- Post updated --- Also you saying that reminds me that this game also lacks modern American economy to midrange cars, any official Gavril economy cars or midsize sedans/ wagons, and any American or Japanese midsize SUVs or Cherrier Tograc crossover competitors.
The car before last was a modern 5 door Euro hatch with crossover cousin (the VW T-Roc even has an eerily similar name to the Tograc) I've said it before and I'll say it again, there's just too many open niches to have the "what's next" talk before we get a teaser without turning into vehicle suggestions thread. American compact, (semi)modern American, anything Sweedish/British/Australian/Soviet/Canadian, medium duty truck, any non-American truck that isn't the Pigeon, modern full sized car, modern truck/SUV, any minivan, personal luxury coupe of a different era than the Wendover, anything pre-1953, supercar that isn't 1980's Italian... This list could go on for ages.
Since the next possible vehicle is currently the topic of conversation, If they ever remastered the melty Pessima it would be the perfect platform to base a minivan on. Since that has been such a hotly requested vehicle for years.
Or using parts of the Legran giving us a BeamNG Dustbuster van. Honestly I would like a late 90's to mid 2000s ETK 800 series. as the E46 3 series has a pretty interesting rear suspension design called BMW Central C-link and it hasn't been done in any official vehicles. This would fill a gap of 2000's vehicles that are only filled by a couple of Gavrils, also this would give us an alternative to the 200BX for drift events and it will help fill the gap between the I series being an 80's model and the 800 series being an early 2010's model. It should be done as a coupe due to the lack of small rwd coupes and none having inline 6 engines. Yes I might be a little biased being an E46 owner. obviously the devs should focus on the fact there are no European commercial vehicles like a modern cabover or van.
Maybe in order to find what vital gap there is to plug, we should look at what is popular around the world? Here's the newest list of best selling cars I should find - early 2018. As you can see, we could do with a "family-sized" crossover or SUV - something like a RAV4, CR-V, CX-5, X-Trail - or a subcompact car.
We already have a crossover-Tograc But thinking is good. Let's see the best selling car in which countries and years. That might take a while...
The last two pages of messages belong to Vehicle suggestion thread, I would say. I do not think that we will get a new car this year. Yes, there is a chance that devs will surprise us like with the FCV, but there are few vehicles to be remastered. I speculate ( with no real facts and information) that in the summer update we will get Bolide or van remaster...
I think at some point beamNG will receive an update where you can get a new map of Germany and the German translation and maybe a new vehicle
