The ibishu dove I think is being updated somewhere in the discussion thread, someone has changed the sounds and done a few more stuff to get it running properly with the latest version of beam

 

A 2dr Sunburst or hatch variant would be cool too

yeah i have that one but it would be nice to see it officially in game

 

When is the next update likely anyway? I feel like it should be roughly July?

 

Updates are roughly every 3 months according to the mods. So 3 months from whenever the last one was. (Obviously there are and have been exceptions to this rule before some smartarse tries to correct me)

 

Um, I'm guessing mid-late August. While that is slightly late for an update, I get the feeling that the devs have something big planned that will take more time and therefore delay the update.

 

Are you thinking more on the lines of UI, gameplay, physics, or content?

Summer update is always August in recent years, except for the Automation collab.

 

Well if I had to guess, I would say something content-related. Gameplay is also a possibility, the garages and dealers added last update make me feel like a new gamemode may come out soon.

what is NOT speculation is saying that sketches of a new car are being disguised as fanart.
1.ITS NOT TRUE
2.If it truly were sketches, it would be released on Teaser Tuesday, not FanArt Friday.

yeah theyre prepping the maps for the release of Career mode which is prolly 0.23 or 0.24

Back to speculation, not much is known about the new UI, the only real currently implemented part are the loading screens, they really don't match the current UI, so I have to assume they are part of the new UI. I am assuming the UI will be mainly black/dark gray with white text and orange accents, and with the growing popularity of dark modes, this seems totally reasonable. Any thoughts?
