i doubt the bluebuck will be in the next update, but i wouldnt be *too* suprised if it was.

You didn't even have to mention as I already guessed. Will that mean that we will be getting more teaser screenshots?

Will there be a turbodiesel variant?

 

Jeeps never came with diesels IIRC (could easily be put in but not stock)

 

IIRC the Gavril is next of the cars from 2012 that were left at the time of that statement (LeGran, Wendover, Bluebuck), not next of any car. Hopper will be in the next update, that is confirmed. I think it was first teased after that statement anyway. We don't have news on the Gavril which, with the update 1-2 months away according to TDev, probably means it won't be in the update. Cars are usually teased before we are this close to the would-be release.

 

I did some research and i found that the Mitsubishi Jeep did come with diesel engines. I found this one but i'm not sure if its either a turbodiesel or if its powered by a turbocharged petrol engine.




Edit: nvm it is a turbodiesel.

 

How early was the K-Series teased?

 

The silhouette was teased in a Development Screenshot post on April 10th, 2016. K-Series was released June 4th, 2016. A month and a half, so I guess it is historically possible for a car to be released with such short notice, but for a short notice release and 2 cars in an update, I am still doubtful.

 

It could happen. Wasn't there a series of updates in a row that all added cars?

 

Yeah it is possible, the high 0.4 and low 0.5 updates had a lot of cars in them. It could happen again, the BeamNG team has pulled off some amazing things after all.

They've been jumping over a ton of release codes, like 0.6.2 instantly to 0.7, then 0.7.1, but instead of 0.7.2, they went to 0.8. Then 0.8.1, now 0.9. This game could be in 1.0 before August!

 

Exactly, for me it looks like they're jumping way too much ahead, but devs probably know what are they doing

 

But you know, even tho if it gets to 1.0, it doesn't mean it's the final release.
