Isn't Yamaha the bike company & Yamaha the audio equipment company totally a separate company but with the same name?

 

no they were part of the same company but they are different brands but still owned by the same guy according to a quick google search

 

Can we see big update and improvements

 

Nah only improvements, no big updates.

 

OT but anyone have any predictions as to what new configs and/or parts we could see with the pessima remaster?

 

Some police stuff, a derby and a taxi config, maybe a wagon or a 5-doors variant, rally stuff, we saw racing config on the teaser, more engines maybe with diesel, and I suppose some riced parts, like on the teaser H-series (but maybe those parts will be implemented on quite a lot of cars who knows ?)

 

I hope that deisel, ZX, GT, and GTz come.

 

On top of the race config i predict remastered textures, performance parts for the V6, a proper sport bodykit for the V6 Sport, more configs like @Leroux83 said, although i don't think they'll add a diesel, i don't think it fits the car

 

As far as the new Pessima goes, I'm hoping that we'll get a skidplate configuration.

 

for alternate bodystyles, a coupe feels kind of too obvious, and the wagon has already been done with the legran, I'm wondering if it's going to get a weird aerodynamic liftback bodystyle.

come on guys, it's the update speculation thread, not the update Nostradamus thread.

 

Just because the Wagon has already been done with the LeGran doesn't mean it's not possible. After all, we have no Japanese Wagons in the game, not to mention that the real counterparts of the Pessima had such a body style in their options lists, not to mention also the characteristic styling differences between the Pessimas and the LeGran!
The 5-door liftback is also possible although, judging from the fact that the Pessima only has an MPH gauge cluster, I don't know exactly how popular this body style was in the USA (my guess is not at all).

Regarding the new car - I bet on it being a hirochi
