Update Speculation thread

Do we have any confirmation that they intend to convert the maps to PBR?

 

No confirmation but I reckon they will do it, as they have spent a bunch of time on PBR already.

 

Nobody really talked about it, but i am pretty sure next update will upgrade/ fix first person. By that i mean adding more handles, fixing the unstable camera, etc...

i mean im pretty sure the new car is a bluebuck reboot, i guess we could have a remaster?
yes i know the bluebuck has plenty of configs but i was thinking maybe a late 70's facelift kinda thing idk

 

They're already remastering two cars in this update, plus the Bluebuck was released fairly recently, it simply doesn't need a remaster

 

A 70's bluebuck would look completely different than just a simple facelift.

Lets just hope the extended cycle means also a heap more content.
I dont complain about the previous updates but it would be alot better for the game to advance more with each update.

Pretty sure something like the Moonhawk or the Bolide, both cars that have been in the game for almost a decade, could use a remaster/revamp more then the Bluebuck.

A Bluebuck Remaster would be the most pointless thing that could ever exist in the near future

 

If we were to get a 3rd remaster this update, I’d hope its the bolide. Lots of potential with a supercar. Could give it a V10, an absurdly powerful twin turbo kit, a liberty walk-esque body kit (peace run?). So much potential for a supercar.

 

Possibly wont happen for a little more time.
Devs stated they weren´t happy with their work on the bolide remaster since they changed their way of handle these as they said.
They will completely redo it but my guess is that it will be the next major remaster after this upcoming update

bluebuck remaster very very very very very very very very very unlikely

 

I think a V10 would be much better in a successor to the Bolide! The Bolide was made in a time period when V10s were still unknown!
A Twin-Turbo V8 would be amazing in the classic Bolide though (and period-correct too)!
