Update Speculation thread

I mean how many days were between when we got the teaser and when the car came

 

For all 3 cars no more than 5 days i think

 

Guys if the creator program was updated 16 days ago that means that an update is close.
Also, the qa_lastest updates may be because of the game debuggers made it's job even after the creator program started.
So yeah, qa is still important bc of debugging.

 

The Vivace got a teaser video on the 19th of December 2019 and was released on the 8th of April 2020

The Wendover was teased on the 25th of August 2020 (although in an early stage) and was released on the 29th of March 2021

The Wigeon was teased on the 8th of June 2021 and was released on the 30th of June 2021

 

So on average it’s about 4-5 months between the teaser and the release of the car………

Well if you look at the Primera and the Pessima I'd say the Pessima looks more like the Primera than the Accord.

 

I'd say the 'new' Pessima looks more like a '93 Camry (mixed with some Xedos 6 hints) than a Primera.
The 'old' one is a mix of an '86 Camry and an '88 Accord.
Both to my eyes at least.
But they both have a common part in their 2.0 LX versions: the Ibishu Deep Dish Hubcaps, with the small aerodynamic blades! These look like the hubcaps of a '90 Nissan Primera!

The names may look similar but they couldn't be further away from each other in terms of meaning!

 

The body is definitely 626 to me, but that livery is almost exactly accord. I can see what you mean with the camry/xedos 6.

 

I don’t think the car will come this update.

didn't one of the devs say on Facebook that the teaser photo for the car was taken in game but it was edited to be dark?

 

Well yes its in game ( I think ) as One of the devs said his working on Code on a top secret car.

However seeing that its almost dec. The new car may come in the next update. Witch it is what it is.

IF this is the case the Pessima and more so H-series will tie me over.


However if they pull it up WITH the new car It will be even more worth the wait.


It will be awesome if they tease us with a photo. of the new car in the Middle. h -series one side. And pessima on the other.

 

I just hope they had a twin turbo system to the V6 Pessima or something. Almost every V engine in this game only allows you to use Superchargers.

Not almost all of them, it’s none of them. The I6s and I4s have turbos, but I don’t think that the V6s or the V8s have turbos. However, even for a race car, a twin turbo V6 sounds super-unrealistic. Take the Camry stock car used by NASCAR drivers, it has a big fat V8 in there. Doesn’t mean I wouldn’t want that though XD.

 

For me stills totally possible the car not coming this update. In normal conditions it WOULDN'T come yet, but since it's a "big" update... Idrk...

R35 has a v6tt inside

 

The Pessima BTCC is a car based on what is ultimately a cheap economy car, it isn’t meant to go fast, unlike the GTR.

 

It's not a camry. It's a stock car made to look like a camry.
