Update Speculation thread

i doubt they'd drop it on a friday, they'd wanna be active for bug fixes... my guess is a monday close to christmas
yeah after looking at some of the other update dates it seems like they always drop it on a monday or a tuesday or some early day of the week

 

where did you get info about ETK driving center remaster?

 

They can continue fixing stuff for 2 weeks after initial relase with hotfixes, as they do

Am i the only one or water refections look miles better? Maybe the did something to the water?

 

The assets on ETK look different and the mountain/hill range slightly as well. However, it looks very much German now. This map has high possibility for the next update or 0.25.
The only question is, if it is going to be larger than the current map.

 

I disagree on it being for 0.25 if it was they probably wouldn't be teasing it right now

 

I am so recreating the van from the Payday 2 intro movie when this update drops haha

I haven't heard anything about this yet but I wonder how they will update the main interface if at all.

Just realized that the first screenshot of the new Pessima remaster was taken in July, more evidence it is coming in this update.

 

qa_latest turns out is an automated process and not a reliable source of how development is going, at the moment only qa_stable and creator_program we can use for speculation
