Now what would be interesting is if the Bastion had a smaller diesel engine, likely a V6 or inline 6 inspired by the Fiat Chrysler 3.0 Turbo-Diesel V6. It would be interesting for a model leaning more towards the general commute with a focus on fuel efficiency.
AWD seems like an obvious choice, as the real Charger AND Challenger both had it, though only the charger had it for a V8 model. Technically V8 Charger police cars can be optioned with AWD even today. Would make for a very fun customized Hellcat equivalent config. I would bet that combo could easily do a sub 3 second 0-60.
Sorry then, I thought you were referring to the bolide because of the post you quoted to me it just looks like a rounded bruckell logo, squished a bit, not arrows
Not at all, pretty sure the 037 was the car they took inspiration from, having no rear bumper and that massive spoiler
It’s fine man, simple misunderstanding, no need to apologize. Anyway, I think the bolide looks more like a 037
If this is getting released alongside the Bastion i dare to think i found my new favourite rally config!
While that would be reasonable for a volume sedan, the devs seem to have something against diesels in non-German passenger cars...
I wonder if the bastion will finally be the car to dethrone the moonhawk as the fastest vanilla game drag car
that's what i've always found odd, the fact there's no official diesels in either generation of pessima, despite how ubiqitous midsize diesels are
Maybe in continental Europe, but less so in the UK during the 90's and early 00's. We only started seeing a surge in diesel popularity in the later half of the 00's, when small diesel engines were marketed as highly efficient and greener than petrol.
Actually there is only one german diesel engine in the game. The other is french and after that one american. It pretty balanced out but yeah: I could do with some more euro spec diesels since US ones are just mad displacement and torquedomes, I want a proper 2.0 Euro Diesel from the early to late 90s!
Two German Diesels, the 2.0 Inline-4 and the 3.0 Inline-6. Tbh, I'd like to see a German V8 Diesel with twin electric turbos!
diesels were well and popular here back in the 90s, the like of the toyota carina, corolla and avensis are proof enough of that
ETK 2.0 diesel ETK 3.0 diesel The Cherrier has two as well. I don't really count the LXT35 as a passenger car for this purpose. My point is more vehicles than not could use a diesel, yet only 3 do, and all 3 are modern Euro.
