    It happens actually quite often. The last few updates were ALL released during this time of day.

    Lot of automated stuff happens at midnight, I can find really lot of reasons why, but it seems every reason I come up, I can invalidate as easily.

    They mostly set a certain date when the update is finished and the pc rolls it out automatic when its the set date and they happen to set it mostly around that time maybe steam does it so

    For the last few updates they came out later in the day for the US (so like within the next 5-7 hours) usually around 8 eastern as captanW said so I wouldn't say it's not coming just yet. Now who knows if it's even finished in the next few days (or today)

    I predict the update will come out this saturday.. you know the weekends.. people don't need to go to work and have time to enjoy the new update? Maybe.. just maybee..

    Guys, you forgot that Bug reporting thread for 0.8 was created few days earlier than devblog post about 0.8? Wouldn't that give hint that there will be first bug reporting thread posted to general discussion rather than 0.9 rolling in being posted?
