Yes yes yes back to speculation!
looks like the rally version of the covet.
is it just me or does the bumper look more rounded? (a facelift, maybe)
and i also see a new hood.

It is, compared to some more interesting cars in the game, but it certainly needed some more love to be more popular! Well, here we are!

 

Is it me or does the Covet seem more...round? Not complaining though, it looks absolutely amazing!

 

did anyone notice it says "artist" at the bottom right.
does it mean its just a drawing of the covet? or is it ingame??

 

Probably just the wider fenders make it look smoother

 

'just covet'. There is literally not enough sub-compact cars in this game..

It's probably the person who is in charge of developing the parts and the overall remastering for the car! It's kinda difficult for it being a drawing!

 

That looks amazing! From this angle, it looks like a tastefully modded Nissan Silvia S13.

 

That's what I thought, but the entire front facia looks more round than it used to. To be fair I haven't really looked at a Covet from this angle before so I it's possible I've just never noticed.

 

your right, it also looks like the whole headlights are white too, no amber blinkers, it could easily be a facelift

 

recreated it with the current covet for some reason

new one is definitely rounder

For those of you like myself who were wondering, no hidden stuff in the image.

 

By the way the hood vents seems to be pretty deep, in my opinion that's enough to confirm the rumor of a mid-engined Covet

 

It is! I like the rounded look, it has more personality.
