this is straight up a gorgeous car. if this was a real vehicle i'd want it. it's stunning. strong MC20 vibes
That seems likely, actually - despite what you may have heard, the usual turnaround from CCP to public availability is 2-3 days, just long enough to get a YouTube video done
Those who designed the new Civetta need a raise... That looks absolutely stunning... I.. *Deep breath* I definitely can see some Corvette c8 influence on it, amongst others...but the car on its own unique self is just stunning. I can't imagine how amazing the aftermarket parts would look on this thing, let alone mods...I'm speechless... The sound too, I have full confidence they'd nail the sound on this thing... O_O Can't wait!
They have actually released the sound for it already http://media-cdn.beamng.com/pTZsfQkvZKov3nDW/DrivingDynamicsDebug_2022-05-17_23-13-53.mp4
You sure about that one? Sounds an awful lot like the SBR4, which is a boxer. Older teasers of the Scitilla showed at least a V6.
If that's the case, someone will prob make a sound mod pretty quickly. I just don't see that sound fitting the car. --- Post updated --- Honestly, I have the suspicion the sbr4 is being remade and is sharing a similar chassis with the Civetta.
And from where you gathered this info man? The last update (0.24) the content Creator branch literally was updated 1 month before 0.24 got released, and received another update at around 7 days before 0.24 would arrive for us mortals, and that was the first time we've seen the content creator branch, so I ask again, from where do you gather these informations? The Content Creator branch isn't exclusevily for creating YouTube videos, they are also a form of feedback for the developers before the update arrive to us, to help in the final polishment of the update.
What exactly even is the Creator Branch? Is it for content partners (i.e. YouTubers) to use for making videos ahead of release?
It is a Branch of beamNG made for content creators and useing NDA (non-disclosure agreement) so they can test the update, help the devs find glithces and bugs they might have overlooked (people that work with coding and this kind of stuff know how an User testing is EXTREMELY Beneficial), and pre-make videos to post them as soon as the update releases
Makes sense, I'm not really a fan of companies giving "influencers" access to something early just because they're influencers but eh, it's good promotion for beam at least
