    Well in my opinion, tdev wouldn’t say that they are planning to go back to a three month cycle if they don’t think that they’re gonna make it in time. You know the devs always try not to give certain deadlines, even if they are sure that they will make it. Of course it is still possible, that they ran into complications.

    Tdev leaked a lot of stuff around 4 months ago before the release of 0.25. he didn’t actually say that career mode will be released in 0.26. he said that there will be an early version of it in the update after the next one or sth like that. For me it sounded like 0.27, so probably the winter update

    Veggitales x BeamNG character crossover confirmed for 0.26. Player models outside of cars will have the option in the parts selector for Veggietales character models. Due to slow progress on licencing agreements, the update will be delayed to winter. Don't ask me for my source.

    To be fair the Covet was already looking pretty good when it was teased back in May, perhaps the devs wanted to release it in the 0.25 update, but the Scintilla ended up needing more effort to finish, maybe that's not the case, but it's still a possibility

    As far as I know they already tried doing it, but didnt like the result. Though probably it was another requested feature and I dont remember stuff properly
