Even if you're a close quarters first person shooter, you shouldn't care about visuals anyway because, in FPS games, the more immediately your orders are executed (pun intended), the better for you as an antagonist.

and if I can't warm up a Velveeta Shells & Cheese Original Microwavable Macaroni and Cheese Cup or get sent to prison for 1 hit and run, 14 murders, and committing heinous war crimes then what's the point of calling the game realistic

Maybe not much at all but it indicates theyre updating Beamng and supposedly at a quick pace. Also a short mention of wheel file cleaning in the link in the original post so that could be due to thermals.
