This is possibly the slowest this thread has ever been when an update is all but confirmed. Is the hype train track being repaired or something?

 

Well, community screenshots 5-6 years ago had like 20 more pages every day or something, i feel as time goes on the forum becomes slower.

 

This is potentially because if the influx of younger players joining the forums, often underage I might add, and acting terribly here leading some of the more active and respected older users to leave. Many are still here but a lot have left due to the number of crazies that are on the forums now. There may actually be more posts now than before, but an increasing percentage of them are taken up by people who don't know how to act or are to young to know how to act.

 

yeah honestly i can't tell how much of me being on these forums is wanting to be involved in the community+see the game grow and how much of it is stockholm syndrome from being in too deep with the same community that brought such wonders as maxsaldeezy44, the mondello thread or jsz's thousand accounts

for the next few days, im going to be playing non stop with the covet, to enjoy the last days of the [old covet] before the remaster that will probably make it 100 times better

 

I wonder if anyone is gong to make a duel engine covet MOD now that there is a engine in the front, and the back.

 

You should just put it as a mod or something, IDK how to do it. It could just be a mod called. Old Covet

 

The old Bolide was posted on the repo IIRC. I would just call the mod Legacy Covet and have the internal name as Legacyvet or Oldcovet

 

I think the not so active update thread might be because this was a 3 month update and was not delayed (yet).

Also, the new kids theory relating to this thread being slow makes little sense since kids tend to be annoying and spammy.
