I'll say the September 26th, which is Monday.

 

I'm guessing September 17th, Saturday because there is 0 update on Saturday

The smaller the tick the smaller the chance. This is my guess.

 

not sure if this is the right thread for this, but would like to speculate what's in the next update. I'm thinking a PBR update for West Coast USA. At least in the last covet teaser it seemed to me that the asphalt was pbr.

But nobody is really speculating about update contents, mostly update release

something else of note i realised with that last covet teaser- have they ever done teasers that are actually in-motion footage of whatever new car/remaster is coming out before this? (excluding the trailers for obvious reasons i'm just talking teasers)
that to me says "mostly complete" tbh
