judging by the jdm models, the mentioning of japan in a few configs, the youtube description and i guess you could argue that kiryu post carkiller made (i dont really count that much though) i wouldnt be surprised if japan is the map coming up
Hmm... so we now have a preview of a 'realistic hydraulic system' that can simulate hydraulic pumps, valves, and cylinders, with more to come and lots to be expanded on. And then there are these quite literally rolling in, which are labelled as 'Loader Tire' and 'Haul Truck Tire' in the selector. Now, I wonder, could BeamNG be starting to draw a little inspiration from its Rigs of Rods roots? I mean, what's the point of having such a detailed hydraulic system if there isn't a proper use for it in the official game...
I hope that we see some extension to some maps like Utah. Utah do not have any towns and highway is infiniti Yeaa this Covet config is very similar to Japanese squad cars, I remember that someone said that he find in files part of village that looks like Japanese. So maybe Japan map is next. Personally I would like to see some more USA map expansions, like for example Utah, like some cities/towns. I love Utah map but Highway is leading to nothing. And for another topic I saw career mode like something that you buy taxi cab, then buy newer and newer. Maybe ended on some Burnside/Soliad Towncar. And each more higher tier taxi grants you more prestigious clients ("More paying ones").
The motion blur is amazing, but the fact that you can't screenshot with it is unfortunate to be honest.
It's not a bug they just forgot to remove the text after they were done taking pictures of the Wendover. In terms of license plates the thumbnails are pretty inconsistent, some cars have blank license plates, others say BeamNG, and some are randomized
tbh, new covets not that cool. Or ive just started disliking FWD hatches. Mid rear feels wierdly understeery tho.
You can always turn on understeer assist. For me Covet feels good, same as every FWD hatch with no traction control
I use steering wheel, im not maxing it out. Even why i try to inertia it into a corner it doesnt really hold the slide.
theres not much weight in the back, best way to slide a FWD in Beam is to brake, steer, handbrake then let off the throttle and let the car glide, adjusting trajectory with countersteer
