I hope "accessory mode" will have different stuff showing up on the screens. For example instead of navigation there will be main menu or radio and instead of dials there will be looped animation with logo.
Interactive infotainment screens would be great. They could indeed add radio or a main menu, but also the clock, back-up camera (maybe parking sensors in general?).
Greetings! Before proceeding further, readers are informed that this is not a mod. Just a in-game menu redesign using simplistic approach. I personally thought this thread would be a great place to share on what I have been designing for like 2 days in my free time. Below screenshots are related to in-game menu redesign by me. Currently, it only features, the start splash screen, the main menu, map selection menu and spawn point page. I need to design options menu and in-game radial menu (after player spawns on map), if time permits. I decided to go with simplistic approach. The menu has a glass aero effect (just like it used to be in Windows 7). If the player set his settings to max, he'll get this effect otherwise. the normal color theme. Let me know what you guys think of this redesign. If you have any suggestions, please feel free to share. Also, should BeamNG go for this menu design in the upcoming or future updates? Let me know your thoughts..
Abot the lates development media vid; anyone else hear the engine pumping before actually starting? Sounds promising.
Im willing to bet we get a new map in 0.27 because we’re going on 4 years since italy. Also, not to create conspiracy theories but this comment was left on the industrial remaster vid. Weve got a modern muscle car in 0.24.1 and a supercar in 0.25. Could he be correct a 3rd time?
I was lurking around, as one do, to see if i could do some slight changes to graphic things. Found this lil gem which is new but not afaik in use yet (cant find that its loaded)? GTAO (and this was XeGTAO so a edited one), some really good ambient occlusion: https://www.activision.com/cdn/rese...rate_Indirect_Occlusion_NEW VERSION_COLOR.pdf The vanilla AO was changes in 0.26 but i only think it was the actual settings from 0.25 that changed. This could mean were in for even more nice graphics stuff when that Vulcan works as the devs intend
I would be so happy to get such a nice upgrade over the grainy mess current AO is. More info what xeGTAO is here: https://github.com/GameTechDev/XeGTAO Hopefully they are also implementing TAA alongside this to help with denoising because GTAO can also look noisy as hell without utilizing proper measures to combat it.
