Bro think ETK has a raceway

 

ETK doesn't have a raceway, however, they do have a proving grounds, located in Germany, so it doesn't apply to this list.

 

The good news is that they've apparently remembered how to play to the engine's strengths vehicle-wise, less development time going to overpowered modern sports cars and more time spent working on off-road vehicles and classics like the Covet remaster. I'm cautiously optimistic about the next few updates in the vehicle department at the very least, now that they've appeased the kiddies with sooperkar and mooscle kar they can afford to be a bit more realistic about the beam model's strengths and limitations

This gave me the idea, wouldn't a custom racetrack loosely based off of the Nürburgring be cool to see? Sort of like the race track on WCUSA loosely based off of Laguna Seca. Located in Germany not too far from the ETK centre and is used by them as an extension of their proving grounds. Map doesn't have to be very big, as much like Hirochi Raceway the main focus could be the track itself with little extras here and there to try out around the track's perimeter.

I can't be the only one that would love to see that, right?

 

That is a super cool idea, and makes sense since companies such as VW have dedicated tracks

 

I was thinking the same thing! the area around ETK would be perfect for a german style map.

The ETK Driver Experience map also got the castle in the 0.24 Update, so it fits perfectly with the racetrack! And some kind of Autobahn stretches of highway would also be well fitting in!

Green is trees or mountain

orange is track

blue is motor/highway

its not drawn to scale but can use that motorway intersection that's in the etk map

the branch at the top is to the track, though this would make a mega wham map and probably wouldn't be connected.

 

That's a nice map. The racetrack seems technical enough and the highway stretch is decent.

 

the biggest issue just like most maps would be lack of texture on the surface that you get from a lidar or properly scanned irl track

 

What are people thinking the teaser on Tuesday is going to be? (If there is one)

I hope its the new map with a remastered t-series with etk van on a flatbed refueling at a tyrannos gas station! new map trucking capability, t-series remaster I hope, etk van in full light, refueling confermd omg, etc.
