Ranting about that isn´t contributing either my good man. If the devs decide this is not okay they will lock the thread or delete certain messages so whats the point.
alternatively, people could be responsible enough on their own to not clutter threads, without the moderators having to step in and discipline them like their parents. but back on topic, some people are continuing to suggest that the mystery buggy is the trophy truck, but i'm still not convinced. note that in the side, just in front of the rear shock, there is what appears to be a heat exchanger, almost perfectly in the spot where the SBR's intercoolers are. furthermore, the roof of the trophy truck has no scoops for a rear radiator, and I see little reason as to why the trophy truck would be given multiple variants of body panels.
The buggy might be a separate vehicle that shares parts from the SBR4 and the New Trophy Truck. Basically, it would share the SBR's Engine components and Share the Trophy Truck's Suspension components.
I'm not sure about these types of racing specifically, but I know some motorsports will often have different teams sharing the basic platform. IMO having different body panels & skins on this truck for different race teams would be a good way to add variety. It'd be pretty weird if there'a a trophy truck race with all the opponents just being recolors of otherwise identical vehicles. I know IRL you can buy a chassis from a company like Rush Trucks and plop whatever fiberglass shell you want on it, though they sell their own shell seperate from the platform kit. We could see something like that in game.
That would make sense, IIRC Jared usually went to King of the Hammers back when he lived in Arizona; so something that's more associated with KotH seems like something he would want to include. I wonder if ropeables might be a thing this update...
this happens all the time when we are close to an update or we get tricked to think we're close to it. if you joined in 2019 you should already know
