Update Speculation thread

this is one of the hugest threads on the site for a reason, if anything it would get locked but it isn't that serious
I love the concept art but this needed to be handled better behind the scenes

 

yall should be grateful youre getting anything with this attitude jesus christ
youre all acting spoilt, and it shows

however a baseline expectation is for the staff to not start lashing out on community members, my advice would be to move away from the forums and collect your thoughts before lashing out on anyone, no matter who you are

To be clear, LeeLoo said that something related to the vehicle was teased, not the vehicle itself.

It's not the dirt on the tires.

 

Concept art, by definition, is just a concept, it doesnt mean everything in that image will come to the game
Sure maybe including the buggy was an odd move but it wasnt "wrong" or incorrect of them

I stayed up for this teaser which turned out to be a waste and now leeloo is being even more confusing

 

I'd be fine with that - we waited almost 9 years for the Wendover, and yet it still came out (and it's amazing). Patience is clearly rewarded with the Beam team.

Besides, we already have a shitload of vehicles coming with 0.27 - there's gotta be something saved for 0.28.

 

Lucky for me it's still 3 PM here, so lots of room for going nuts yet.

But on the other hand, if it is't dirt acumulation, I don't see what else it can be

 

the car we see are not coming, but the idea of an off-road made car is. That’s what I’m reading here and it’s logical with what has been said.

 

While ordinarily I would agree with this, it was a teaser tuesday concept art and with no explanation about that buggy. Personally I think concept art should only be released after all related content is released to prevent stuff like this.

 

it would've been less misleading to have an actual vehicle in the art, maybe the new baja truck
this has mislead people

 

But we already got teasers for a LOT of offraders, The picobuggy, the Baja truck, the misterious (suppossed to be SBR4), the 6x6, the beaver

 

I feel like it should've been said that these vehicles were not coming, however suddenly getting mad at eachother (this stands for both sides) is not a good way to sort this

she did say removing the vehicle removed it hopping over the trail bumps, maybe it has something to do with suspension,
