Give it time, it will probably get some love in the next update, if they decide to add the ETK 800 dashboard
https://www.beamng.com/threads/soliad-4000-alpha-1-4-hubcaps-and-interior-edits.37230/? I'm asking the right questions.
I'm waiting on this also.. @tdev said yesterday that its not dead but its not finished either. I need it for testing my engines lol.
Just realized that there will be multiple 0.9.X updates. The devblog says: "First hotfix release of 0.9"
That's just preparing for any more bugs that might be found. The devs did say that they want to release another update with more Hopper parts, but I don't know if that would still be 0.9.X Edit: Ninja'd by VeyronEB
It'll most likely be an update in the 0.9.X series. I don't see 1.0 being that. Hopefully the devs go to 0.10 and 0.11, as they still need to include Italy, WCUSA, the Bluebuck and Wendover before 1.0
Beamng isn't just cars N maps, I hope they include sounds, performance improvements, and graphical enhancements before 1.0
They have to have put in sound before 1.0. You can't have an simulation game reach version 1.0 without there being an audible difference between an 6x2 semi and an reliant robin.
I dont think that we get to 1.0 this soon they said that they still have to do alot of stuff to the game just look at the something is on the horizon blogpost thats stuff they still want to do before that
You guys realise that the next major version will be 0.10, right? That's how versioning schemes work. For an overly in-depth look, Wikipedia's page on Software versioning works. For a less in-depth look, Python's recommended versioning scheme is what BeamNG uses.
I brought that up, but the devs said that they were running out of versions. Do they know how versioning works?
