Also, why doesn't fire emit light. It's so weird watching fire just sit there as a particle effect, and not do anything but blow the tires out, at night time, when a car is burning it just looks weird. I would like to see the paint on cars turn black and crisp when a car burns. Anyone agree?
some particle effects for when you go through water would be nice as well and some little wave trails following the vehicle as well.

If you go to ETK's page on the wiki, you will see an In Development section with an "unknown" listed underneath it. ETK is the only brand page on the wiki to do this, so I feel like it has to mean something.
Or, someone just did that w/o evidence. I think that "In Development" applies to all of the unknown cars
I think we will see sooner than later a mid 2000's car. Either ported by someone from RoR (Like the bandit). Or Gabester decides to do it himself, or they make new cars.
I hate to be the backseat moderator here, but can we get back to speculation and such instead of "cars I think are missing or we have too much of"? There are threads for this already. We were all told on multiple occasions why we have so much of what we do and that new things will come and that vehicle development will continue. (Why do so many people think it won't?) On another note, I never noticed that cars from 2001-2009 are completely absent, that is a strange observation and a good point...

I also think sounds is going to be added real soon. It's the major thing for me that really needs improving. Also there was an discussion some time ago after the release of brake thermals that we would get tire thermals and tire wear next. I would really like to have that incorporated into the game and it may be an possibility soon.
But for tire thermals and wear we also need ground materials temperature and tire wear ratio for each kind of ground type, and it have to be affected by weather (ambient temperature, sun-clouds-rain etc.- maybe even dynamically - we don't know what kind of weather simulation will devs try to acheive) so it's more complex than engine/brakes thermals and have to be applied to every map also tire temps and wear system alone is complicated, I think devs are "waiting" till they reach their target with tires iteration and then will work on thermals/wear to not work twice on the same stuff. Remember guys we are still in alpha stage
This is the second time they've changed sound providers, so this is probably another experimental system.
