I think that Brigsby is closer to Cosworth than AMG.
And while nothing has been said, I wonder if ETK diesel engines will receive some tuning parts.

Probably not in the next update, i don't think the devs would remaster 3 cars at the same time
    --- Post updated ---
Of course, i don't see why the devs wouldn't

Or Brabus, minus the crazy horsepower and torque numbers.
Also yes, ETK diesels should have their tuning parts (more ECUs, Twin-Turbos, Performance Blocks, more exhausts etc.). Especially the I6 one!

No, I meant that since Turbo Rabbit is a widebody maker for tuner cars and such, maybe Brigsby is a more civilized widebody maker for nice cars.

    I’m not explaining this right

cosworth was the company that made the mercedes 190e Evo, and "brigsby" sounds like stereotypical english town name, so I'd say you're right.

I hope we get some Crazy fast versions. The inline 6 being the top engine always felt silly. When in the 2010s Germany made some of the biggest v8s ( AMG 6.3 )

and the ETK's Never felt fast. it just felt like my C180 Or maybe my W211 E240. witch is awesome.

BUT when you want some fastness
The i6 are best said to be peppy. They are fast. BUT not wildly fast.
For some reason the transmission Does not help. least i dont feel it does.
The way the ETK is at the moment it is best for manual.

As said 999 times lets make it 1.000
the ETK 800-series NEEDS a sedan, While am glad we have wagon. it will suit sedan so well.
I will make a E500 kinda thing. V8 ETK 800 series sedan,. YES please :p

Till then. Here is a ETK K-series with the V8 Mod, witch is lovely,
I dont use mods due to the fact they often get outdated.

BUT I consider this a prototype to the real thing :p

This would be incredible. I would also love to see some sort of feature similar to Snowrunner's where loads can automatically/manually be "strapped down" when they're set up correctly, including cars, making car transport SOOO much better.

Hopefully the next version will make BeamNG more friendly to low-end PCs...

I think it will add new sun bloom effects, or something similar to that

Sorry if it's already been mentioned (frankly don't feel like looking for it to see if somebody did) but has anybody even mentioned Knallhart? They're a base game brand, I'd say they're leagues closer to Brabus than anything else because of crazy performance figures. Shame they're a super underutilized brand in the lore though.

I'd say they will add DLSS and/or FSR sometime soon, considering those technologies are getting more mature all the time which would help a bunch, especially with conjunction with Vulkan, but no guess as to when as it seems that still not too many games support them :p

I reckon Brigsby could be some kind of in-house tuning division like AMG, while Knallhart might be a separate specialised brand (like Brabus)

honestly not even low end PCs have problems, my 5700 XT and 16 GB of RAM can struggle, especially with the Linux native version of BeamNG

Yep, totally forgot about Knallhart! It's actually much closer to Brabus in character than Brigsby is and that shows in their tuning of the Knallhart I-Series: a huge turbo giving huge power, huge torque and, naturally, huge speed!
So, it's like what Koichiro said above: the Brigsby brand can be the in-house tuning/racing division of the ETK ecosystem while Knallhart can be the more independent tuning brand with expertise in ETK models. ;)

I do think there's an accuracy difference between your method that used a whole system that calculates the dates and time spans between updates using a computer and code and me that used my high school calculator and windows calendar asking myself at every date "should I count the day of release or not?". But at least my spreadsheet is easy to read :D. Good work

I hope you guys are correct, because that doesn’t seem to far off, and it sounds like it’ll give them time to sort out any bugs, because based on the teasers, the main things are already complete.

upload_2023-3-18_14-56-34.png I think the upcoming update will have hopefully a hybrid powertrain due to the blue colored "tt" on the ttsport ETK K Series.
