American Cabovers didn't exist on the 2000's, unless they add a euro truck --- Post updated --- Viper Why don't people remember the Viper?
The blade is using bloom, but the particles for the lightning is not. seems like the colors only can go up to 255 for R G and B with no extra amount like PBR 1.5 can do with emissive maps. You can crank them up well above 255. Even changing the particle to emissive does not make them bloom. --- Post updated --- I was wrong, apparently they do, the particle has to be big enough to see it... small you dont get that bloom... --- Post updated --- I remember the car and the game for PC. Had some soft body collisions or something in game, where car could deform into a ball of twisted metal. Even had a feature too shoot balls at other cars to wreck them. Think this was 90s dos game. Nothing near the scale of BeamNG though.
'89 Countach had 449 HP and 370 ft-lbs, '89 Vector W8 had 625 and 649. You're right about it being less refined though, although the Countach wasn't exactly the pinnacle of build quality itself.
I take personal offense, but I won't get mad over this I won't get mad over this I won't get mad over this I won't get mad over this -V10? Yeah it's there -Striking looks? How could you deny them -Stupid power trying to kill you at any time? The legacy of the Viper Sure the first prototype was powered by a big-block V8, but the V10's engine block was engineered by Lamborgini Sorry for the tangent, I just may be a Viper fanboy
Ford GT40 Description calls it a factory build, so it may just be what Autobello calls their special racing models
All of the Italian cars (except the Stambecco) have a 'Corse' trim or two. 'Corse' in Italian translates to 'Racing' in English. In game it's used on race-inspired performance trims.
dont forget the corse drive mode of the scintilla --- Post updated --- i have some things that i dont understand with the changes on the ETKs 1. why are there not Manuel versions of the ttssport and ttsport+ varients ? 2. why does the sedan have the Carbon Fiber roof but not the Wagon ? And something that i noticed as well so im playing with on controller with the realistic gearbox mode with all of the gearbox assists one (downshift protection, blipping the gas and clutch assist) and when i use a car with an DCT gearbox and break really hard for a corner it feels like it takes longer to decelerate or basically i have t break far earlier than with an manuell gearbox. is it because of the shift logic changes or that the manuells use the engine br4ewake more efficiently wich wouldn't make sense with modern gearboxes
I think the ECU doesn't blip the throttle enough, now i don't know if it's intentional or not but the downshifts always seem a bit lazy to me

Nothing near the scale of BeamNG but I do remember those cars for the I rembember seeing one at the dodge dealership that was near my house at the time. They had it in the showroom, it looked amazing! Think that thing was around 80k then, more than I had. Maybe off, but know either way, it was more than I had then --- Post updated --- Anyone remember the Turbo Interceptor from The Wraith? The prototype. I was a fan of that car.
We might be seeing some proper mirrors soon - the LUA code for it is already in the game. I did the bare minimum to make it work here: Unfortunately, using the C++ side function which is the absolute core of this functionality causes confusion to the shadow shader and ground cover resulting in both flickering. As far as I am aware this has been the same since 0.26, the update where multi-view render was first introduced alongside the Vehicle Editor.
Because this doesn't eliminate the need for the dynamic reflection cubemap to be rendered, it adds onto that and theoretically makes FPS worse. However, the mirrors aren't rendered every frame, meaning that you don't feel a difference.
That is so cool, I’ve been wanting better mirrors for years as it would improve first person driving by so much
