Update Speculation thread

NOT ANOTHER REMASTER!!!

 

why ? It's really cool to have remasters

But why? I enjoy the vehicles in BeamNG now and remasters mean that they get better. Sure, new vehicles are always cool but remasters for older vehicles are sorely missed right now based on the state of some of them. We've already gotten a bunch with new vehicles sprinkled in between and that setup's been working, I don't see why the devs should change that.

 

Yeah honestly I'd like some vehicle remasters as 0.27 was packed with new vehicles.

 

Just realized that the Barstow needs a remaster too, or at least some additions. The tach only goes up to 5k and even the RS models can overrev past that.

Nah, just on lunch break with someone talking to me at the same time as writing that message. I don't want another remaster. (just my personal preference) So don't assassinate me and dox me.

 

thats going to happen by hook or by crook. until all the cars that were initially out has to be remastered till then, so newer cars arent presumably going to be remastered, makes things easy for other development.
also they will be free from reworking on old cars by then, and maybe we will see more new cars per major update.

 

Hey!I had a dream last night.In my dream, I saw tdev posting a picture on discord.At first, it was a line drawing, and then it was replaced by a screenshot in the game.That picture showed the interior of a car.It looked like an American car from the 1980s.It had a column shift,mahogany interior and mahogany steering wheel.Looks like a Chevrolet Caprice in the' 80s.(°ー°〃)

This is really a strange dream.(•́ω•̀ ٥)

 

Wonder if the dev's would care to simulate emissions equipment on the Moonhawk for when it gets a remaster (e.g; catalytic converters, egr system and pcv spaghetti lines all over the engine, smog pumps, etc).

 

I hope the moonhawk remaster brings a facelift sport special with a crazy 3-tone paintjob, screaming chicken on the hood, pinstripes all over it, and 137hp.

 

ive got some things i speculate about
1 different bodytypes like coupes, wagons, hatchback for the sunburst, either keeping the inline 4 and add the flat 4 maybe an inline 3 for the real basic version, it getting a misfiriering system/antilag
2 Aero update with more bodyparts like cannards diffusers and smooth undertrays to use the ground effect
3 tyre temperature/tyre update with more wheel choices/ more sizes for existing ones and have ordered them like d-troxx wheels (would be a quality of life thing, its a bit annoying to go through all of the rims) more choices of different tyres and a fitting model for them like track tyres looking like track tyres

 

So deprived of teasers yall hallucinating them now in dreams
