I wonder if this will be the Chivala unless the devs are going to name it something else.

 

Im hoping its the Chivala cause it means that the concept stage vehicles are getting some attention for the first time since the Hopper and DT40L

 

you say that but the soliad wendover was (sort of) concepted in december 2012 and came out a few years ago

The Soliad Wendover was not part of the concept stage, it was a list of vehicles not just a general clump of early vehicle ideas
