Yep, we'll just wait and see. But it would make sense for it to be a Gavril model, since we now see that Gavril uses slightly smaller displacement V8s than the Bruckell brand does (Gavril 291ci 'Fleet-Power' VS Bruckell 309ci 'Solace-Eight', Gavril 353ci 'Super-Thrust' VS Bruckell 378ci 'Luxe-Eight', Gavril 423ci 'Ultra-Thrust' VS Bruckell 448ci 'Thunder-Eight'), with only the 80s/90s Bruckell 4.4 V8 being smaller than the 80s/90s Gavril 4.5 and 5.5 V8s. It would be very interesting to see this car with a modern and relatively small 2xDOHC 32-valve V8 (say a 5-liter unit, like the Coyote) as opposed to the more traditional big displacement OHV 2-valve Bruckell 5.7 and 6.5 V8s of the Bastion. After all, the aforementioned Gavril 4.5/5.5 V8s had SOHC heads ever since they were introduced in 1986! There's also the Gavril 3.8/232ci 'Super-Thrift' I6, which is smaller than the Bruckell 4.0/244ci 'Econo-Six' I6, and it evolved into the 4.1 I6 of the D-Series. I'd like to see a modern version of this engine too, with 4 liters of displacement and modern technology, opposing the Bruckell 3.5 V6 of the Bastion. We're missing a modern I6 to be larger than the 3 liter unit of the modern ETKs!
Yeah although I’m not sure whether the I6 would’ve still been produced to this day. The bastion comes with engines that are pretty similar to its IRL counterpart, the charger, but are either slightly bigger or smaller with the exception of the 5.7 in the bastion. Maybe they’ll do the same with the new gavril
But if 0.30 is updated in December, it means that we still have five months.Just like last year's update of Civetta Scintilla. Maybe we will have a chance to see this car appear in teasers in the next few months. --- Post updated --- The trapezoidal front grill reminds me of the design language of Gavril in ror.
Everytime I look at that teaser I see "convertible Toyota RSC". I don't think that's actually the inspiration for this vehicle, but something of that sort would be awesome to see. I guess the Local Motors Rally Fighter is kinda in the same vein too. Right now I think a low production track/off road toy is the most likely option. Something like an Exomotive/Ariel that could be available as a track car or off road toy. Or this could be a generic Side by Side after all...
I'll let those used cars for the career mode. Imagine having to complete stuff and at the begining you have little money so you have to buy used cars, those can have more reliability problems than the new ones but are cheaper, then you progress and make more money and can buy better used cars or new ones, all by completing missions or races. I don't know, I'd love to see some nice progression on the career mode.
Hey all, I'm looking through the simplified vehicles available and.. they're very few. those underlined was previously reworked or recently created(?) Heres the list of vehicles that do NOT have simplified traffic: D series Piccolina Pigeon (Might not need a simplified version) T-series Wigeon (Might not need a simplified version) Miramar Bastion Roamer Bolide Hopper Scintilla H-Series DT40L Moonhawk Stambecco (Most likely won't be seen on the road as a traffic vehicle) Burnside Special FPU Wydra (Most likely won't be seen on the road as a traffic vehicle) Barstow Bluebuck Grand Marshal SBR4 Wendover Dunekicker (Most likely won't be seen on the road as a traffic vehicle) Rockbasher (Most likely won't be seen on the road as a traffic vehicle) and here is the list that have simplified traffic: Sunburst Vivace(E)/Tograc(E) Legran Covet ETK 800/sedan ETK I series ETK K series 200BX Midsize Pessima 1996-2000 Pessima 1988-1991 Lansdale Your opinions? should these be placed for higher priority?
what would be great is if they implemented some of the vehicle from ROR like the modern gavril suv or sedans, like the 70s sedan that was made as a mod recently from ROR, which is basically the moonhawks cousin also, not to offend the people who actually like that thing, but that is no mustang its practically a smaller ford edge on steroids,
On the other hand, if they were to show everything players want now, there would be no expectations for the update like everyone knows what they want in the update, and you'll just wait for it to come out, and there's no desire to discuss it.
Neither. Not really sure what another ATV type vehicle adds to the game. Another piece of scaffolding with chunky tyres on it…
That's kinda like saying "man, i don't see what another monocoque car adds to the game", plus if it's an ATV it's completely different from the rock bouncer
the off-road stuff is getting a bit much but i wont complain about the free content and an ATV Buggy thingy would be cool
I was slightly disappointed by that reveal too, but it's no big deal whatsoever. I think it's unique enough to be an official new vehicle. And it's nice that they have all sorts of offroad vehicles, to fill as many niches as possible c: I'm sure they're working on other kinds of vehicles as well, maybe even heavy machinery
Little question, do simplified AI cars make a difference for you guys? Ive only had a big difference when the update came out, had 80 FPS with 5 AI cars + mine on WCUSA, now it dropped down to 30s - high 40s over the last couple of updates.
It's very effective for me, but I'd assume the difference between simplified and complicated traffic becomes negligible the better your CPU/GPU.
I’d love to see the atv, but it’s just not worth it now. No terrain deformation or dynamic mud/dirt system
