As far as West Coast goes, there's a very obvious candidate for expansion on Silverleaf near the port.

The rail line that begins within the city ends here, near a few blank asphalt lots that currently serve no purpose.
As a Californian, this area feels perfect for a town akin to Avalon on Catalina Island, or Long Beach due to the port. I was a little surprised that the lighthouse at the other end of the island has such a large visitor parking area considering the only other developments on the island are industrial complexes no tourist would want to visit.
Harder to deal with would be the barren areas inside the blocks within Belasco, as they look bad from above but they are impossible to access and there's not much reason to go to them. Still, I am very happy that this map, as big as it is, is receiving more attention.

Well yeah , but it's automation, fenders are wise , looks low poly and the fender damage is inacurrate.



Actually, i came up to the point where all i want is quirky french cars AND every car from the Simpsons show (from the Junkerolla and the orange station wagon, to the Canyonnero , both crappy and cool homer's RV , Geo metro , etc)
