Well, usually the teasers are behind the progress they actually have, so I'm willing to bet they have the cabs modeled, if not in-game already. Also, older semi trucks are surprisingly simple, and most parts are interchangeable between variants/years, so it's not as much work as it seems. I do agree, though, it would be pretty cool. (I'm not trying to say the developers work is easy, I'm just pointing out the fact most parts are interchangeable)
The mudflaps didn’t even have textures.. my guess is they were working on other things like tire thermals, ropeables, career,
Yeah, maybe, but you must remember the Lansdale was shown as just a JBeam, then was released in the next update.
whoever made that decision for just showing the jbeam should get a promotion, that is so funny (played in 0.30)
Thats what I said in a previous post, but it wasn't noticed Id guess its going to be closest to the U-Series, because it makes sense
I do. it will be made in November 23, 2017 at approx. 5:30 pm, and it would feature the mod repo & a t-series overhaul with a big fat cabover with a big-litre v16 making 1350 hp and the wheels would burst.
yes i am him who does lil' bro think he talkin to with that mouth. i will not be removed in any update i was there when the mod repo was there i was there when the ibishu pigeon was added i was there when the ibishu pessima was added. I am here and thriving.
Nice, but it would just be too obvious! --- Post updated --- I had noticed your comment, but I tried to look for it to see whether I could type mine or not and couldn't find it, unfortunately. Thank you! U-Series makes more sense to me too, because the Cab-Overs are, usually, more basic and utilitarian. --- Post updated --- I had no idea about that character. Judging by the name, I thought it's a drug!
Does anyone think that smaller texture/mesh updates to things such as Gavril D-Alloy rims (which are nearly 10 years old) and Grid, Small, Pure are a good idea? I know that people pay more attention to new maps and vehicles or simulation/UI refinements but I quite enjoy seeing little things being updated.
I agree. Some things need to be updated (ahem moonhawk textures) since they look outdated. But what would they update on grid map?
They certainly are a good idea, for refreshing their looks and bringing them in line with the newer content.
