--- Post updated --- Australia has euro and american trucks so would makes sence, there's also european trailers or likely to european trailers. And maybe a new australian map.
I think there are also a few Australian maps on the repo too, but I would really like an official Australian map though.
That's an American car with a conversion kit made by an American company... I mean it's still technically a ute but eh I'd still be up for all the aussie aussie aussie oi oi oi they can give us, 100%
New Zealand =/= Australia. And there are some people who'd probably tear your head off for saying otherwise. Similarly how a Scot would do the same if you called them 'British', or worse 'English'.
Man, that mountain looks amazing! Combine that with an asphalt ribbon surrounding it and you also have the perfect touge/hillclimb/anti-speeding advert scene!! --- Post updated --- Didn't know about this car. Looks really nice! I can easily imagine a BeamNG equivalent in Sedan, Coupe, Wagon and, of course, Ute body styles, with I6 and V8 engines, naturally!
It's an obscure brittish car for the Au market . 17000 of them sold , and a cancelled sequel to it (P81)
if we get a leyland p76 i will be hoping that one of the first mods for it will be lhd because those cars are so freakin cool but it feels weird driving a rhd car
Australia has euro and american trucks so would makes sence, there's also european trailers or likely to european trai So maybe a new ute. Like a Holden maybe
It would have to be a brand new car, all the muscle cars we have are American. I mean they could do a rebadged Bastion or Barstow plus a ute version I guess but if there's ever an Australia-themed update it would need a brand new "hero car" to go along with it.
Just generally RHD cars, like Covets, the Arimas, stuff from KLJP etc I may actually drive LHD more, but I do use RHD a lot. --- Post updated --- RHD is literally in the public version of the JSP lol
Exactly. An Australian hero car would be the perfect way to introduce a new Australian map. In that respect, Gavril could have an Asia-Pacific operations division to produce cars for Australia and New Zealand under a subsidiary nameplate (and that isn't the Burnside one, mind you). Plus the venerable Gavril 232ci or 3.8/4.1 I6 could have a modern successor made by this division, available in both NA and turbocharged versions. I'd love to see this engine get a modern successor for a couple of reasons: 1) We're really missing a modern gasoline-powered I6 to be larger than the 3.0 liter gas and diesel units of the modern ETKs. Think of the Ford Barra I6 here. 2) This engine could also be put in a modern, neo-retro Barstow of the 21st century for a really interesting twist, alongside a modern - and relatively small, compared to Bruckell units - Quad-Cam and Quad-Valve V8. Think of the Ford Coyote V8 here. Since Bruckell makes larger and simpler V8s, Gavril can specialize in smaller and more sophisticated units, as it's the brand to have SOHC V8s already from the mid-80s.
