One may see that as a bad thing on the surface, but that just confirms it's in the finalization phase. When he first said he would "fix bugs", we didn't know if that just meant that he was simply going back to work or not. This post signifies that it's almost done. --- Post updated --- Perhaps I was right after all
I was educating the group on what an "L" meant in the context of an engine. I wasn't correcting the OP.
Yea... I'm getting "too much to fix at the last minute, chill out and do it properly for tomorrow" vibes from tdev's message.
Usually they don't give us entire config lists. Probably a full-color corner shot or something. --- Post updated --- Last teaser dropped about 40 minutes after the current time, plus they might have intended to surprise us with the full update but things got in the way. They might decide to compensate with a teaser now. Just a theory.
Plot twist: tdev's messages were the teaser tuesday saying the update will likely release later this week, and was never planned for today
Oh, yes. My bad. I'm looking at it right now. But the time it was posted is unusually late (could literally mean nothing).
It does seem like they have run into errors. My guess is that they intended to surprise us with the truck today, but there were more bugs than anticipated and have decided to give us a teaser instead last minute (possibly working on it as we speak). If we don't get a teaser within the next few hours, I would be shocked if it isn't released later today because it would be completely off-pattern.
That makes a lot of sense, either they follow the 2-week teaser pattern or ditch it and release the update later today or tomorrow
Yes, the main headquarters at least. The company is also registered as a German corporation (GmbH) I think a lot of employees work remotely though.
Yes. I believe a lot of international devs flew there a month or so ago, but I don’t know if they’re still there
